Yeah, I saw those pics yesterday. I guess Aksys really did send the gaming outlets low-res pics which were then upscaled for some silly reason. Why they did that is anyone's guess.

I'm ok with this compromise, although a native 768p mode would be great (most HDTVs have that as their native resolution, including mine).

FYI, here are some actual screenshots from the BlazBlue port. They do not look anything like the screenshots Icycalm was nerdraging over.

Oh, and I love 98UM more than 98, where the game feels more balanced with additional variety. If my friend doesn't have the Xbox 360 I would've bought the PS2 version for no reason at all (even though I don't have a PS2).

Additionally I think SF4 is a pretty awesome game, but I haven't been able to get used to using everyone. And throws on wakeup against CPU = win.

I'm thinking that Valve is doing this to spite the Steam community with things liek "Look what happens when we listen to your st00pid suggestions!"

The good thing is that the Sandman is weaker now (half damage is good), but the uber issue is still not done yet. TF2 was updated today, btw.

Thing is, Sandman's not gonna go away. I think what they can do is to remove the baseball altogether, and make the bat have like a 5% chance of stunning people (including ubers, which gives the Scout a risk since he needs to run up there and possibly get killed to try and stun them).
