Remember, there weren&#039;t any plans initially to release vanilla SFIV for arcades, then Capcom forced the dev team to rush out an arcade release with 19 of the planned characters. Hell, Ono has a history of talking out of both sides of his mouth when it comes to developing SFIV (e.g., saying they&#039;d take character suggestions and doing character polls when people with connections to development were saying the character line up had already been planned in advance).
